Thoughts so far...

I'd love to see something happen between them!! And I think it'll will, eventually. Will it last? I'm not sure, but I definitely think it would make things that much more interesting for all of us!
I want House and Cuddy to get together...but I don't think it'll happen until a much later season (possibly the last) and it probably wouldn't last. But who knows, maybe we're in store for something Huddy this month....
YEAH I want to see them together!! That would be the hottest thing ever!! My reasons:

1) They are both strong, passionate (and hot) people

2) The tension! Oh they were made for each other!!!

3) They have a connection with each other that is rare for both of them

4) Uh did I mention that it’s so hot!!

5) They're always fighting and they say "make-up" sex is the best kind, so it'd always be great!

Oh I want to die just thinking about it (in a good way!!!!!)
I see them having a brief fling, maybe alcohol induced, followed by guilty feelings and awkward moments, and topped off with the realization that they both actually enjoyed it and are happier together than apart...
Do I think it’s actually going to happen??... Well, a girl can dream can't she? I think it might... it just might!
I would love to see them together but not very soon because it kills the fascinating scenes when they face each other. I think their relationship can be perfectly described by the quote from "Much Ado About Nothing" by William Shakespeare, which is what Benedick says to Beatrice when neither of them wants to admit to passion: "Thou and I are too wise to woo peaceably"
There’s definitely some beautiful sexual tension between House & Cuddy… in that last episode especially. (“Who’s Your Daddy”) And we’re starting to see that there’s a friendship there as well. And they are both lonely, attractive people… so I see the ingredients for a relationship…BUT I’m just not sure if it would work for them. I think it might work for her, but I don’t think House is ready for a relationship yet, and I think Cuddy might know this. They might give it a try at some point but I don’t think it would work out long term. I don’t think even she could change him.

Remember the X-files, all that juicy chemistry and sexual tension between Scully and Mulder that just built and built and built over time? Okay, I know this is a House site, my point is, I think it's too early for House and Cuddy get together. I'd rather seem them wait until the tension is so thick you could cut it with a chainsaw!!

I Deff. Want to see them get together, I wish it would happen this Season (3), but i highly doubt, maybe a lil kiss or something. I do think that it would last b.c I mean come on, can't you just see them, i mean yes Tension, but just give it sometime, i mean you gotta Think that it would last. It better happen, tho I know it will maybe not until like 4 or 5th season but im Hoping this season haha!! :D
Personally I'd prefer it if they didn't get together! My reason is simple. I like the sexual tension between the two in every episode I see them in. They play off each other, and are usually very witty with each other, and if you put them together, you can mess with that process, and that would make the show boring. I love it when there's sexual tension between two people, it makes life FUN!
House and Cuddy together onscreen are electric so I would DEFO like to see them get together- maybe not for a while just so the sexual tension can build up even more until the TV explodes! Even if it didn't work out (which it WOULD :P) The snarky sarcastic comments would if possible be more hilarious and more often!

I Think that the tension will become too much for then both then House and
Cuddy should have a fling then Cuddy Should get sick with something to do
with the previous miscarriage or the in vitro.(Not because of the fling.)
House is her doctor and then they get together when Cuddy is all better,
then they can go off and do(and get) exactly what Cuddy wants. Then House
could be softer and hug Cuddy from behind while she holds a newborn baby,
you know go all soppy and smiley.

House and Cuddy should absolutely hook-up.

And no matter when they hook-up, they still have to be professional,
and you see how that is working out for chase and cameron. Which 
means the sexual tension would still be there.

I think it would last if, they would keep the obstacles coming even
after they hook-up. Both House and Cuddy seem to want to be miserable.
If they weren't, I don't think they would be happy.

I totally think that House and Cuddy will get together. They'll have a one night stand or something and she'll end up pregnant with his baby. When she does she'll probably have a girl. It would be so cute! I mean the kid would probably look something like Tom Cruze's baby, like with thick dark brown hair and adorable blue eyes. OH! I can see the wedding now!
I think Huddy needs to build up tension. You know what would make things really tense? House and Cameron together. Cuddy would be SO pissed! Haha! I'm a genius! But yeah. They're really sexy together. Cameron+House=Awesomeful, but Cuddy+House= SEXYNESS
OMG they got to get to gether. BUt if they got to gether the show wouldnt be as interesting, because its so hot when they fight. i think they will. HUDDY 4 EVA
